J.D. Power & Associates has created a microsite about the performance of Barclaycard US in the 2011 credit card satisfaction study.
The site, which will be advertised on our cardholder service websites staying later this week, provides a "deep dive" about the improvement in performance by Barclaycard US versus last year. The site, co-created by J.D. Power and BCUS, includes articles, graphics, a message from Amer Sajed and video news coverage.
Barclaycard US was ranked third overall in the study - behind American Express and Discover.
The index score for Barclaycard was the most improved of the top 10 issuers from 2010. For 2011, the Barclaycard US satisfaction score was 739 (of a possible 1,000), up 29 points from last year and 8 points above the industry average.
