Tuition reimbursement. Barclaycard US reimburses up to $2,500 per year for tuition paid toward approved undergraduate courses and up to $5,000 per year for tuition paid toward approved graduate courses.
Call Center training. If you want to work in one of our Call Centers, we’ll provide full training. This includes three weeks of comprehensive full-time training, one week of integration, ongoing performance improvement training and new partner launch training. We provide you the tools you need to be successful.
Professional education. From conferences to online learning, Barclaycard US will reimburse the cost of approved courses for continuing education.
